It's a new building located close to the apt "L'Ulivo" and it must be considered annexed to this Apt; it shares the furnished covered terrace with the apt "L'Ulivo" and offers the advantage to extend the square and sleeps of the apt "L'Ulivo" manteining a good level of privacy because the guest house has its own kitchen and bathroom, and it will be rented only if requested by the guests of the apt "L'Ulivo". Its sleeping quarter is located on basement side of the building, and every bedroom and the bathroom have their own wide light pits and sliding windows for a normal air flow and light; the living quarter gives onto outside, directly on the covered terrace by two wide front doors. The layout shows this area very clearly. |
