“Casa Greppo” is a beautiful stone country house on a hill, 450 mt high, by San Venanzo, in the most traditional and least known Umbria, halfway between Perugia, Todi and Orvieto. Casa Greppo is an “Agriturismo”, the farmhouse of 20 hectares “Podere Greppo” farm (= 50 acres), among olive trees, woods and fields of wheat and sunflower, in a dominating position from which you enjoy a wonderful landscape. It offers 4 spacious and totally autonomous furnished houses, with a self catering management, completed by a large swimming pool in a panoramic position available from June to October, a solar car port with charging station and a new SPA facility dedicated to wellness and relax, available all year round that offers a heated mini pool, never ending swimming system, air geyser whirlpool, sauna, hammam, a tea corner and a toilet suitable also for disabled people.

Reservation and Cancellation rules	The reservation can be confirmed with an advance payment, usually the 30% of the cost of the stay. The balance must be paid a few days before the arrival. The advance will be refundable till 60 days before the stay. Otherwise, any sum may be used in another future stay or, it will be fully refunded as soon as a reservation on the same period will be received.

Self-catering management, furnished flats with bed linen and towels.
The kitchens are equipped with the main utensils and various crockery, complete sets of plates, cutlery and glasses, moka coffee maker, tablecloths, etc.
Minimum stay: July and August, 6 days, Sunday to Saturday; other months, three days. Check-In after 17:00, Check-Out by 10:00.
Flats are also available for longer periods, 28 days or more, with discounted rates to be agreed.
Private swimming pool in a panoramic position, with a magnificent view of the medieval village of Rotecastello. Dimensions 14 by 6 metres, available from May/June to September/October, depending on weather conditions.

Welkom thuis
Casa Greppo is een gerestaureerde boerderij op een heuvelflank in midden-Umbrië (Centraal Italië). De met veel liefde en zorg verbouwde woning ligt halfweg tussen Perugia, Todi en Orvieto en is omgetoverd in vier vakantie-appartementen. Het is mogelijk te boeken op week- en maandbasis, maar langere huurperiodes zijn ook mogelijk.
De vakantiewoning bevindt zich op een landgoed van 20 hectaren, de boerderij “Podere Greppo”, met bos, olijf aanplant, boomgaarden, tarwevelden, maïs en zonnebloemen. Ze ligt gevleid tegen een heuvelrug en kijkt uit op een rustgevend glooiend landschap met veelkleurige velden en kleine middeleeuwse stadjes.
Het biedt 4 ruime en volledig autonoom ingerichte huizen, met een self catering management, aangevuld met een groot zwembad op een panoramische positie beschikbaar van juni tot oktober, een solar carport met laadstation en een nieuwe structuur gewijd aan wellness en ontspanning, het hele jaar door beschikbaar, met verwarmde mini Zwembad, oneindig zwemmen, luchtgeiser, sauna, hammam, een theehoek en een toilet ook geschikt voor mindervaliden.

“Casa Greppo” ist ein altes und mit viel Liebe restauriertes umbrisches Landhaus. Es liegt im Herzen von Umbrien (Mittelitalien), zwischen Todi und Orvieto. Das Landhaus selbst ist in 4 voneinander getrennte Apartments aufgeteilt. Sie können die Apartments wöchentlich, monatlich oder aber auch für einen längeren Zeitraum mieten. Das Landhaus liegt auf einem 20 Hektar großen Privatgrundstück, der Bauernhof “Podere Greppo”, zwischen Olivenhainen, Obstbäumen, kleineren Waldflächen und Feldern. Auf denen neben Sonnenblumen auch Weizen und Mais kultiviert werden. Ein prächtiger und großer privater Pool, ein Solar-Carport mit Ladestation und ein neuer Wellnessbereich für Wellness machen Ihren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer.

Bienvenue à la maison
“Casa Greppo” est une ancienne villa restaurée avec beaucoup d’attention. Elle est située au cœur de l’Ombrie (Italie centrale) entre Todi et Orvieto. La rénovation de cette ancienne ferme en pierre (“casale”) a permis la création de quatre appartements accueillants. Ces appartements disposent d’un environnement très confortable, sont dotées d’un chauffage autonome au gaz (méthane), climatisation, d’une cuisine ouverte et fonctionnelle, de la vaisselle (services, couverts) et de divers ustensiles. En résumé, tout est fourni avec beaucoup de soins et d’attention pour que nos hôtes puissent y séjourner agréablement. Les appartements, bien que voisins (mitoyens), sont absoluments indépendants et autonomes; ils peuvent être louées ensemble ou séparément, ce qui les rends idéaux pour des familles ou des groupes d’amis qui désirent passer les vacances ensemble tout en préservant leur intimité.
Enfin, une magnifique et grande piscine privée, un carport solaire avec borne de rechargeet et un nouveau Spa dédié au bien-être, rendront votre séjour encore plus agréable.

Da un’attenta ristrutturazione di questo antico casale in pietra, sono stati ricavati quattro accoglienti appartamenti arredati a conduzione autonoma. Questi appartamenti dispongono di ambienti molto confortevoli, sono dotati di riscaldamento autonomo con caldaia a metano, aria condizionata, cucina corredata e funzionale, servizi di piatti, bicchieri e varie pentole etc., in sintesi sono arredati con molta cura ed attenzione affinché i nostri ospiti possano soggiornarvi gradevolmente. Tutti gli appartamenti sono assolutamente indipendenti ed autonomi e possono essere affittati insieme o separatamente, ciò li rende ideali anche per famiglie o gruppi di amici che desiderano trascorrere le vacanze insieme, pur mantenendo ciascuno la propria privacy.
Gli appartamenti “L’Ulivo” e “Il Melograno”, del tutto autonomi, possono all’occorrenza essere resi comunicanti tra loro ed affittati insieme.
